The Ohio Indoor Performance Association (OIPA) is a non-profit youth
organization, which cultivates personal growth through competitive
opportunities in an organized forum, and supports self-esteem, education,
freedom of creativity, and positive life experiences for all participants.

Our circuit is home to approximately 45 color guard units,
and 20 percussion units, as well as winds.
